This Privacy Policy explains how Breezion.store (“Breezion”, “we”, “us”), 106 Cressingham Road, Edgware HA8 0RP, United Kingdom, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit breezionstore.ltd (the “Site”), place an order or contact us. We are the data controller for this information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address and the products you buy.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email, password (stored encrypted) and order history.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or the contact form, and product reviews you submit.
- Marketing preferences: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring website and time spent on the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
Payment information
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (PayPal and our card processor). Your full card number is entered on their secure systems and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card and the card type.

3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to serve you, and only for the purposes above:
- Payment processors (PayPal and our card processor) to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
- Delivery carriers (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS) to deliver your order — they receive your name, address and phone number.
- Website hosting, email and analytics providers that help us run the Site.
- HMRC, law enforcement or regulators where required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
4. How long we keep your information
We keep order and payment records for 6 years after the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, as required by UK tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom. Some of our service providers (for example our hosting, email and payment providers) may process data outside the UK, including in the EU and the United States. Where this happens we rely on the UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / standard contractual clauses to make sure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
6. Security
The Site is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, so information you enter is encrypted in transit. Payment details are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it and review our security practices regularly. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your data.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your basket and login working, remember your preferences (including your chosen currency), understand how the Site is used and, where you consent, measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may stop the checkout from working.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR (and the EU GDPR if you are in the EU) you have the right to:
- access a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information (except records we must keep by law);
- object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of marketing at any time;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to other websites (for example our social media pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies before sharing information with them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed, and significant changes will be announced on the Site.
