TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of breezionstore.ltd and any order you place with Breezion.store, 106 Cressingham Road, Edgware HA8 0RP, United Kingdom ("Breezion", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Breezion.store sells handcrafted full-grain leather goods. Email sales@breezionstore.ltd or call +44 7983 881545, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm UK time.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to order from us.
3. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Full-grain leather is a natural material, so grain, colour depth, wrinkles and small marks vary between pieces and between batches. Screens also render colour differently. These variations are part of genuine leather and are not defects.
4. PRICES
Prices are shown on the product page and are confirmed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if payment is refused, or if we suspect fraud.
6. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Your card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. LEATHER CARE
Leather needs care. Keep items away from prolonged direct sunlight, radiators and standing water, and condition them occasionally. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or normal wear is not a manufacturing fault.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, photographs, logos and product designs, belongs to Breezion.store or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to misuse the site, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content in bulk, or place fraudulent or speculative orders.
12. ACCOUNTS
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
13. OUR LIABILITY
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business, where you are not a consumer.
14. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, courier failures, customs delays, extreme weather or supply shortages. We will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a full refund.
15. COMPLAINTS
Email sales@breezionstore.ltd with your order number. We respond within 24-48 hours on business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
16. PRIVACY
We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the site when you place your order.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
